The Kitchen Craft 2-level bamboo steamer cooks food healthily and deliciously, and is ideal for Asian and other types of cuisine!
Kitchen Craft offers you this bamboo steamer basket. This traditional utensil of Chinese and more generally Asian cuisine is very practical and easy to use.
It's made from natural woven bamboo. The basket has two levels, enabling you to cook twice as much food at the same time.
It is available in two diameters: 20cm and 25cm.
Easy to use, simply place it over a pot filled with boiling water whose diameter is smaller than that of your steamer. After placing a sheet of salad or a sheet of baking paper in your basket, place your food and cook, making sure that the water doesn't touch the basket.
You can cook a multitude of foods: vegetables, fish, couscous, rice, dim sum, bao, gyozas... You'll enjoy healthy, fat-free cooking that preserves all the nutritional goodness of your food as well as its intact appearance.
It is waterproof and can be washed in lukewarm water.
