Dare to cook simmered dishes with De Buyer ' s domed glass lid!

The lid is made from high-quality glass, which is highly resistant to heat and shock.

A small hole in the lid allows steam to evaporate slowly and prevents the lid from lifting during cooking.

The lid is encircled by corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This stainless steel ring fits ideally over the lid, preventing air from passing through. Optimal cooking and reheating.

The lid is fitted with an elegant natural beechwood trigger guard for safe and easy gripping. Its height allows you to grip and tilt it for easy placement on your worktop.

Available in 20, 24, 28 and 32cm, this lid fits all Choc B Bois round pans and sauté pans, as well as woks and country-style pans from the Mineral B range (Element and Bois).

Please note that this lid is not oven- or dishwasher-safe. Hand-washing and immediate drying are recommended to avoid damaging the wooden bridge.
