Prestige set of 6 Forge de LAGUIOLE table knives design P. STARCK

Laguiole knives are indestructible, both in terms of quality and presence in the minds of French users.

Indeed, Laguiole is more than just a name; it's a remarkable expertise, supported by passionate professionals and, above all, 100% French! At a time when global competition is fierce, even in cutlery, the Forge de Laguiole company has chosen to design and produce its various knife ranges in the heart of Aveyron.

In addition to their unquestionable efficiency, all Laguiole knives are synonymous with a heritage recognized by UNESCO, which goes to show just how deeply rooted the Aveyron cutlery tradition is. In 2007, the factory was awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) label, thanks to the skills of its craftsmen, who use ancestral and regional production techniques to produce unique objects.

This exceptional boxed set celebrating the brand's 25th anniversary is sure to delight. From design to manufacture, each of these knives is the object of admirable attention to detail and experience.

It features 6 table knives designed in stainless steel by a French blacksmith. The blades are smooth and sharp, making them easy to use when cutting at the table. Made from French T12 steel, they offer the perfect combination of durability, sharpness and ease of sharpening. The brand logo is embossed on each blade, with the Laguiole "L" being instantly recognizable.

The handle is also made of stainless steel and features a fine wood bark imitation. Its satin-finish will add cachet to its already developed finesse. These table knives are easy to grip thanks to their ergonomic design. This is further enhanced by a monobloc system: the knife is made from a single piece of steel, giving it remarkable balance.

Last but not least, these 6 knives are dishwasher-safe, thanks to the quality of their steel, so you can wash them quickly and easily.

The look of this set was proposed by the famous French designer Philippe Starck, who has won numerous awards for his incredibly well-thought-out works. Stark is a world-renowned designer of furniture, clothing and home furnishings. In fact, it was he who designed the structure of the Forge de LAGUIOLE factory in 1987, a skilful blend of steel and glass that is remarkably light and airy for a factory.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of this collaboration and of the brand, Forge de Laguiole called on its designer of choice. For the occasion, P. Starck brought all his talent to bear to create, in collaboration with a highly skilled blacksmith, a knife that blends tradition and modernity. The combination of materials, lines and the wood effect of the handle make for exceptional pieces, which will grace tables the world over with unprecedented refinement.

This dazzling haute-couture set will modernize your table, while bringing Forge de Laguiole expertise to the table: cut with style and efficiency! Thanks to its unique design, you'll be able to offer an original and prestigious gift to your loved ones.
