Description
The Gobel tartlet mould is the perfect utensil for making small individual tarts in a variety of recipes!
Since 1887, Gobel has been providing professionals and private individuals with quality cake molds! All Gobel products are made in France according to a unique know-how.
This tart mold is made of steel, a strong, resistant and durable material. It's an excellent conductor of heat, allowing you to bake your tarts perfectly while keeping the crust crisp.
It has a non-stick coating that helps your tarts come out of the mould perfectly! This double-layer coating makes the mold less fragile in use.
It can withstand temperatures up to 250°C and is guaranteed PFOA-free!
We recommend washing this utensil with washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge, then drying thoroughly.
This is an individual mold, sold individually.
The tart mold is available in several sizes:
