Description

This Gobel log maker is your ideal companion when it comes to preparing your Yule log! You can use it to make all kinds of ice-cream or pastry logs, meat terrines, vegetable aspics, sponge cakes, tuiles... Let your creativity do the talking!

It's made from stainless steel, a material much appreciated in the kitchen for its durability, resistance and hygienic qualities. It features two silicone-molded stainless-steel end caps that ensure a watertight seal when the drip tray is placed on your worktop. These two tips also make it easy to remove your dessert from the mold, as they are removable. This ingenious system has enabled Gobel to patent its log drip tray!

This mold is highly resistant to temperature. It can be used for a variety of hot and cold preparations, as it can be used in the oven up to 230°C, or in the freezer if you want to make an iced dessert, for example! It's also dishwasher-safe for quick and easy maintenance.

A must-have for Christmas! A book of original, gourmet recipes is included.

The log drip tray is available in two models:

- M : 30 x 8.5 x 6.8 cm for a capacity of 1.5L

- L: 50 x 8.5 x 6.8 cm for a capacity of 2.5L

Finally, Gobel is a French company that has been in business since 1887, offering professional-quality pastry molds. The company has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine label and boasts unique know-how!
