Description

Gobel's plate of 6 financiers is ideal for making delicious financiers, pink Reims cookies or other sweet cookies!

It's made from tinplate, a very robust and healthy material that respects the environment thanks to its ability to be recycled ad infinitum! Tinplate has excellent thermal properties and is an excellent conductor of heat, enabling your cookies to bake quickly and evenly.

The result is financiers that are crisp on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside!

Please note that this mold has no coating, so you'll need to grease it well before use to facilitate removal from the mold after baking.

To clean, use dishwashing liquid without abrasive sponges, and dry well before storing. The dishwasher is not recommended if you want to guarantee its durability.

Since 1887, Gobel has been making all kinds of quality cake molds in France. Bring the Gobel brand into your kitchen with KnifeLeader!
