Get equipped with a Gobel fluted tart mould to make your homemade tarts, pies and quiches! Its elongated rectangular shape measures 35 x 11 cm, enough to make a pretty and tasty dessert for all your guests!

Gobel is a French company that has been in business since 1887, providing professional-quality pastry moulds and Utensils. The company has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label, and boasts unique know-how.

This mold is made of steel with a two-layer non-stick coating for perfect release from the mold. The double-layer finish adds strength to the mold, making it much less fragile in use and more durable over time!

It also features a movable base, making it even easier to remove your superb apple tart from the mold!

It's ideal for all your oven baking needs, as it can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C. It's also guaranteed PFOA-free for healthy baking!

Care instructions: wash the mold with dishwashing liquid (no abrasive sponges) and dry thoroughly. Dishwashers are not recommended.
