The molds are made of steel and are non-stick with a professional-quality two-layer coating. The two-layer system ensures better non-stick properties for perfect release from the mold! The double layer also makes the molds less fragile and increases their durability.
They can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C for optimal baking. The molds are also guaranteed PFOA-free for healthy baking and risk-free use.
