Kai Michel Bras Le Moulin 17,8cm universal ceramic spice mill

The spice mill designed by Michel Bras for Kai

Kai and Chef Michel Bras collaborate to bring you top-of-the-range knives, accessories and kitchen Utensils. Le Moulin is the fruit of their labor, and is suitable for both foodservice professionals and individuals in search of new flavors.

This mill has a high-quality ceramic mechanism that is suitable for grinding a wide range of spices and herbs, as well as foods. Use it to grind peppers, salts, coffee grit, shrimps, cumin, thyme, onions and mushrooms! Michel Bras designed this mill with all these foods in mind, which, when ground, can add a whole new layer of flavor to your dishes.

This versatile mill can grind foods up to 8mm in size. Please note that oil-enriched foods, such as nuts, are not recommended as they can clog the mechanism.

The mill features a 9-position setting wheel for choosing the degree of grinding. From very fine to very thick, customize your seasonings!

The mill body is made of robust, corrosion-resistantstainless steel. Its stainless-steel appearance, combined with the black color of the grinding wheel, makes the mill an elegant, timeless accessory. What's more, the mill features "Michel Bras" and the chef's signature high-end logo. Last but not least, it comes in a superb gift box for easy gift-giving and storage.

This mill can also be dismantled for easy cleaning. All you need to do is clean it by hand and dry it thoroughly.
