Sabatier Trompette Pro Flex HACCP angled spatula 25cm

Whether you're a pastry chef or a catering chef, you're going to need a kitchen spatula! This Pro Flex kitchen spatula has been designed by Sabatier Trompette. It can be used for both pastry-making and grilling.

Its gripping surface is made of 13/0 stainless steel (also known as X30Cr13), a real asset in the kitchen. It is not susceptible to corrosion or impact. Its angled shape is ideal for glazing, or for searing meats more easily during grilling or plancha cooking.

The handle is waterproof and resistant to extreme temperatures, since it is made of polypropylene. It can therefore come into contact with hot food and also prevents bacteria from multiplying, which is very hygienic!

5 colored inserts are available for clipping onto the end of the handle. They have been designed in line with HACCP recommendations, and each color corresponds to a food group:

- White: dairy products and bread

- Blue: fish

- Green: fruit and vegetables

- Yellow: poultry

- Red: raw meat

To avoid cross-contamination!

Finally, once you've finished using the spatula, you can run it through the dishwasher to save time, or clean it by hand. We recommend wiping it dry after cleaning, to keep it looking its best for longer.
