The compact cooking thermometer

This Alla France thermometer has a short 75mm probe with a 3.5mm diameter. Its small size means you can take the thermometer with you wherever you go, whether you're a chef, caterer or apprentice.

Made of stainless steel, the probe is solid, robust and corrosion-resistant. Its piercing tip enables you to take the temperature of many foods, but is particularly suitable for meats.

It has a measuring range from -50°C to +300°C (or -58°F to +572°F), making it ideal for all your preparations, whether savory or sweet. With an accuracy of +-1°C between -10°C and +120°C, the thermometer ensures controlled cooking. What's more, the probe is induction-compatible.

A kitchen thermometer with versatile options

This small cooking thermometer features a digital display for easy temperature reading. A small HOLD button on the right-hand side lets you keep the measured temperature displayed.

It also has two other buttons to the left of the display. The first lets you select the type of temperature you want: you can choose between °C and °F.

The second button is the ON/OFF button, enabling you to switch the thermometer on and off, a practical way of saving battery power. It operates on 1 LR44 battery (included).

Finally, the thermometer comes with a protective cap to avoid damaging the probe and injuring yourself. It also has a cord for hanging, and a clip for attaching it to your jacket pocket.
