This 7cm-diameter plate for 12 tartlets is ideal for creating tarts with a variety of flavors for your guests. Made from PTFE-coated steel, it is sturdy and dimensionally stable. It diffuses heat perfectly to your tarts, ensuring even baking. The result is crisp, golden-brown tarts. The steel reaches high temperatures during baking and the juices caramelize.

The PTFE coating makes the plate non-stick for easy removal from the mold. PTFE is PFOA-free, which means it's perfectly healthy for you. Be sure to grease your plate before placing your dough in the moulds to avoid any unpleasantness when unmoulding.

The mold is heat-resistant up to +220°C, making it ideal for the domestic oven. To maintain it perfectly, do not place it in a microwave oven, and do not use metal or sharp objects in it. It should be cleaned by hand with a non-abrasive sponge, as it is not dishwasher-safe.
