This table knife features an 11cm blade in molybdenum-enriched stainless steel. As a result, the blade is extremely hard, offering excellent strength and resistance to corrosion. Reaching a hardness of around 57 HRC, it has an efficient cutting edge and an extra-strong tang.

The serrated edge of the blade is what makes this knife so versatile. At the table, it cuts meats, vegetables and starches efficiently.
