The spatula's flexible, angled blade is ideal for a variety of preparations (smoothing pastry, icing cakes, etc.), as well as for turning food while it's cooking on a plancha or serving a slice of pie.

Made of stainless steel, it can withstand shocks and corrosion more easily.

Overmolded and designed in polypropylene, the black handle is both solid and hygienic. The polymer doesn't absorb water, and the overmolding adds strength to the spatula.
