For centuries, the Spanish brand Arcos has offered a wide variety of solutions to facilitate the tasks of kitchen pros and amateurs alike. Founded in 1734 by Juan de Arcos, the family business is now one of the leading suppliers of kitchenware in Europe and beyond. The set we're presenting today comes from the Riviera White series on the theme of white. This range represents the perfect combination of purity and elegance.

The set comprises 3 utility knives. They all feature a white POM (or polyoxymethylene) handle that will bring a touch of luxury to your kitchen. But what is POM? Simply put, it's a polymer with high resistance to breakage and impact. What's more, this material has a shape memory. As a result, as you use it, the handle will become more refined, eventually taking on the shape of your hand. It is securely fastened by 3 stainless steel rivets.

The blade here is forged from Nitrum stainless steel, an Arcos exclusive with some interesting features. Firstly, it has good cutting properties and excellent wire retention. The problem of production and exploitation doesn't arise here. In fact, this nitrogen-based material is easily found in the atmosphere. These knives comply with health standards and have been approved by the American institution NSF. This is due to the application of BACTIPROOF SILVER technology, a system that eliminates 99.99% of bacteria, germs and moulds.
