The Edonist series (from the word Hédonisme, meaning "the pursuit of pleasure") was created with a view to offering you quality knives made in France, combining style with practicality. First and foremost, the stainless steel blade is corrosion-resistant. It has been entirely forged, i.e. shaped froma single piece of steel. This process requires a unique know-how, and will ensure quality knives: made by hot stamping (1100°C), the blade will obtain a fineness and solidity superior to standard blades. What's more, it contains nitrogen to further combat corrosion.

The composition of its steel is also specific (produced by Ugitech, an international benchmark in steel and alloy production). Enriched with nitrogen, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium, it will be all the more solid over the long term, which is not negligible.

It has been polished by hand, which is very rare with modern production processes (where everything is done very quickly, often by machines). This piece is therefore unique and original, like a jewel of French craftsmanship.

In addition, its deep-black ABS handle provides a perfect grip and great resistance over time. This resistance is further enhanced by the 2 very fine stainless steel through rivets, which give this knife a pleasant balance and a foolproof assembly.

Please note, however, that this blade should be cleaned by hand, and dried immediately with a soft cloth to preserve its beauty and quality.
