The Edonist series (from the word Hédonisme, meaning "the pursuit of pleasure") was created with a view to offering you quality pieces made in France, combining style and utility in harmony. First of all, the blade of each of these pieces is made of stainless steel, and will provide you with a high level of resistance to corrosion. They have been entirely forged, i.e. shaped froma single piece of steel. This process calls for exceptional skills, and will ensure quality Utensils: made by hot stamping (1100°C), the blades will achieve a finesse and strength superior to so-called standard blades. What's more, the blade is enriched with nitrogen, reinforcing the alloy's anti-corrosion properties.
Their steel composition is also specific (designed by Ugitech, an international benchmark in steel and alloy production). Enriched with nitrogen, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium, they will be all the more solid in the long term.
They are hand-polished, which is rare with modern production processes. These pieces are therefore unique and original!
The deep-black ABS handles provide a perfect grip and great strength. This strength is further enhanced by the 2 very fine stainless steel through rivets, which ensure a pleasant balance and foolproof assembly.
Please note, however, that this knife and fork should be cleaned by hand, and dried immediately with a soft cloth to preserve their beauty and quality.
