The blade of this chef's knife is made of high-grade stainless steel, providing sturdiness and resistance to corrosion. Reinforced with nitrogen, this steel increases the blade's hardness and therefore improves its sharpness. It's also entirely forged, meaning it's been fashioned from a single piece of steel. This is shaped by exposure to intense heat and a press to give it its final shape. This process requires a unique and specific know-how, and promises high-quality knives with a perfect finish!
