Description

For years, the famous French cutler Sabatier has been creating quality products, providing you with knives that are both robust and ergonomic, for optimal use! Our knives are 100% made in France, in Thiers.

This Sabatier set includes 3 knives:

- 1 10 cm paring knife: very useful for cutting small foods

- 1 13 cm serrated utility knife: perfect for cutting delicate fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes

- 1 13 cm mini santoku knife: similar to a chef's knife, it lets you chop, slice and mince all your foods!

Forged blades are made from a single piece of steel, a guarantee of quality since the knives will be "fuller" and therefore heavier in the hand. This specific alloy is robust and resistant to corrosion. Enriched with nitrogen, it also ensures a high-performance, long-lasting cutting edge, for clean, precise slicing of your dishes.

The handles are made of walnut wood. This material gives you a pleasant, optimal grip when cutting, as well as good resistance over time. What's more, the 3 brass through rivets ensure perfect balance.

To preserve the quality of the wooden handle, we recommend cleaning your knives by hand under lukewarm water with a little soap, then wiping them dry immediately afterwards.
