This santoku knife Opinel n°119santoku knife is part of the Parallèle range, a simple, uncluttered range in which wood is predominant and thus highlighted.
The smooth, wide blade, 17cm long and 3mm thick, is made from X50CrMoV15 steel. This alloy is stainless and therefore resistant to corrosion, and its ultra-sharp edge offers excellent cutting quality.
The handle is made from light-colored beechwood, a wood widely used in Opinel knives. It is resistant and easy to work with, and its soft touch gives the handle a comfortable grip.
