The Fischer sharpening gun with diamond bit for fast, high-performance sharpening of your knives!

The FISCHER sharpening gun with diamond wick makes knife sharpening easier, faster and more effective than with a traditional sharpening gun.

Its particularly abrasive material restores the edge, making it perfect for dull blades. As this sharpener is extremely hard, it has no difficulty in sharpening steels with a high HRC hardness.

Its round wick measures 23cm.

The Sharpening steel features a hard chromium coating measuring between 8 and 10 microns thick. This coating protects against corrosion and increases surface hardness by 3 to 4 HRC on the edges.

The robust black acrylic handle is comfortable to use.

Fischer offers a wide range of hone types:

- Standard: recommended for light use of the knife. It is ideal for dull knives and worn threads. It is not suitable for daily use, as it can lead to loss of material on your knives.

- Fine: these guns perfectly restore the smooth cutting edge and mor-fil of professional blades. They are used daily, several times a day.

- Extra-fine: FISCHROM series knives sharpen and maintain the edge of razor-sharp knives.

Of course, purists would at least recommend a mixed 1000 and 3000 grit water stone for sharpening ... but in real life, who needs a "samurai sword" in the kitchen? This rifle really does the job, offering good value for money and proven ease of use. All that remains is to make sure you sharpen with the right gesture: for each side of the cutting edge, simulate cutting the rifle as if you wanted to slice it at an angle of around 15 degrees.
