The mold is made of sturdy steel, an excellent conductor and heat distributor. By reaching high temperatures, it allows the juices to caramelize, giving your cakes a beautiful golden color and even baking.

For easy removal of your cakes, the mold features a PTFE coating that protects the steel from oxidation. This coating is guaranteed PFOA-free, so you can enjoy your creations in complete safety.

Your mold is oven-safe up to +220°C, will not warp and is fully watertight. We recommend that you grease your mold before each use. The edges of the mold are straight so that the cake is even and its presentation impeccable.

Do not use metal or sharp objects in your mold, as they may damage it. The mold is neither microwave nor dishwasher-safe, so it should be cleaned by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.
