With Tramontina’s Bestow square grill pan, grilling comes right into your kitchen! Its enameled cast iron distributes and retains heat to sear meats and vegetables, while its grooves create beautiful grill marks. Compatible with all stovetops, including induction, it can also be used in the oven at temperatures up to 230 °C. Now you can sizzle up some grilled goodness without waiting for summer!
Perfectly seared grilled dishes, all year round
This 27-cm square skillet is made of enameled cast iron and has a 2.3-liter capacity. Its matte black porcelain enamel interior features raised ridges: these create grill marks on the food and help excess fat drain away. A great tool for preparing golden-brown meat or grilled vegetables without turning your kitchen into a giant barbecue!
Cast iron ensures even heat distribution and retention, which is ideal for searing and browning food evenly. Compatible with gas, electric, glass-ceramic, and induction cooktops, this skillet is also oven-safe up to 230°C. This means you can start cooking on the stovetop and finish in the oven, depending on the recipe.
When it comes to handling, a double handle makes it easy to move the skillet, while the two side spouts facilitate the drainage of juices. Its porcelain enamel exterior also allows it to be served directly at the table: grilled dishes arrive at their destination without needing to be transferred to another dish. After the meal, hand-washing is recommended to preserve the enamel.

Usage and Care Instructions
Use gradual heat and avoid heating the skillet when empty: cast iron retains heat for a long time. Oven mitts are recommended when handling the handles during and after cooking. After use, let the pan cool before washing it by hand with a soft sponge. Dry it thoroughly before storing it, and avoid thermal shock to preserve the enamel.
Tramontina: A History of Craftsmanship
