With the TramontinaBestow square grill pan, grilled dishes are a welcome addition to the table any time of year! Its enameled cast iron retains and distributes heat, while its ridges create beautiful grill marks on meats and vegetables. Compatible with all stovetops, including induction, it’s also oven-safe up to 230 °C. Enjoy that barbecue vibe without worrying about the weather!
Perfectly seared grilled dishes all year round
With its 27 cm square shape and 2.3 L capacity, this skillet is perfect for meats, fish, or vegetables. It’s made of enameled cast iron, with a matte black porcelain enamel interior. Its raised ridges leave grill marks on the food and help drain excess fat to the sides.
Cast iron distributes and retains heat efficiently—perfect for searing and browning ingredients. Use it on gas, electric, glass-ceramic, or induction cooktops. It can also be used in the oven at temperatures up to 230 °C to finish cooking.
Its long handle and auxiliary grip make it easy to move the skillet, even when it’s full. Be careful, though: cast iron retains heat, so be sure to use oven mitts! Two pouring spouts make it easier to pour out juices, while its enameled exterior allows you to serve directly at the table.
No need to season it before first use: the enamel is already there to make getting started a breeze. To preserve its surface, wash it by hand and use wooden utensils.

Usage and Care Instructions
Heat the pan gradually and avoid letting it heat up empty. Add a little oil before cooking and use wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils to protect the enamel. The handles may remain hot: use oven mitts when handling the pan. After use, let it cool, then wash it by hand with a soft sponge. Dry it thoroughly before storing.
