Arcos Brooklyn lacquered white Knife Block 3 knives + 1 pair of scissors

Arcos has been making Spanish knives since 1745. An international benchmark in the cutlery sector, it employs over 500 people for 600 different knife models. Located in the Spanish province of Albacete, 30,000 m2 are devoted to manufacturing. Using state-of-the-art technologies, Arcos constantly strives for quality in the creation of its products.

The Brooklyn Arcos block presented here contains :

- 1 pair of 19.5cm scissors

- 1 paring knife 10cm

- 1 universal knife 15cm

- 1 rocking santoku 19cm

These knives feature a blade made from NITRUM® forgedstainless steel. This steel is enriched with nitrogen and achieves an average of 57 HRC on the Rockwell scale. You'll enjoy clean, precise, long-lasting cuts. This Arcos composition gives the blades exemplary durability and sharpness.

What's more, each knife is forged, i.e. formed from a solid bar of steel. The knife is therefore fuller in the hand, more balanced, and we avoid the sticking points that weaken knives.

The cutting edge has been designed for high performance, and is the result of the brand's latest innovations: the Silk-edge cutting edge, with a total angle of 23/24°. This razor-sharp angle is unprecedented, and far sharper than most Western knives on the market. The result is clear: your cuts are clean, precise and fast.

Each knife also features a beautiful turquoise-blue Micarta handle. Micarta is a highly resistant material.

The block provides efficient storage for your knives and scissors. Its sober white lacquered design is sure to suit your kitchen.
