Description
This Matfer sandwich loaf mold is made from Exopan®, a material developed by Matfer-Bourgeat and composed of steel coated with multi-layer PTFE.
The non-stick coating ensures even baking without greasing, as well as easy release from the mold. However, it is advisable to grease the mold for the first few uses to prolong its life. Oven-safe up to 230°C.
The inside of the utensil is embossed, ensuring good coloring during baking. It comes with a lid to keep the dough perfectly square, like a loaf of bread. The dough is perfectly smooth.
For maintenance, simply clean by hand with hot water and a degreasing agent.
This mold is available in 3 sizes (H x L x W):
- 7 x 18 x 8.5 cm for 300g of dough ;
- 7.5 x 25 x 9 cm for 500g of dough;
- 10 x 29 x 11 cm for 1kg of dough.
