Make your best homemade bread recipes with the De Buyer plate for 2 baguettes!
The De Buyer baking tray lets you make 2 baguettes, as well as almond tuiles or pretty chocolate decorations for your pastries.
It is made of steel, a sturdy material that reaches high temperatures without deforming during baking. As a result, the juices caramelize for even baking of your baguettes. The plate is perforated at the indentations, allowing the heat to be distributed perfectly throughout your baguettes.
The plate is non-stick thanks to a PTFE coating. PTFE protects the steel against oxidation and makes it easier to remove your baguettes and tiles from the mold without tearing or breaking them. What's more, the coating is guaranteed PFOA-free, ensuring that your baguettes are healthy to eat.
This baking sheet can be placed in a conventional oven up to +220°C without hindrance. The use of sharp or metallic objects should be avoided, as the PTFE coating may be damaged. Please note that it is neither microwave nor dishwasher-safe, and must therefore be cleaned by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.
