Gobel non-stick bread mould with lid 40x10.5cm

With the Gobel sliced bread mould, you can start making your own sliced bread! We often find it on our tables, whether toasted with butter and jam for breakfast, or with a little chocolate for a snack.

This loaf tin is ideally suited to making sandwich loaves, thanks to its lid, which blocks the push of the dough to give the square shape we all know. The lid also ensures even coloring of the bread in the mold. However, to vary your recipes, you can use it without the lid to make savoury cakes, sweet cakes, brioches...

It's made of steel with a two-layer non-stick coating that prevents the dough from sticking, thus improving demolding. The whole is sturdy and highly durable. The mold withstands temperatures up to 250°C.

We recommend washing the mold by hand with washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge, to avoid damaging your utensil and guarantee its durability.
