Description
The Alla France 2-in-1 spatula combines two functions in a single device. Ingeniously designed, this little spatula is ideal for gently stirring sweet and savoury dishes, as well as for controlling the cooking of foods such as meat.
To do this, simply remove the white silicone spatula tip, and stick the 75mm (3.7mm diameter) probe inside your roast or other food. The LCD display lets you keep a clear, precise eye on the cooking progress of your preparation. It's available in °C or °F (to set this, simply open the battery case, and choose the desired function).
If you want to stir sauces and ganaches, simply return the spatula tip to its place to gently stir and also control the temperature of your preparations. The device can measure temperature variations from -50 to +300°C.
