Poachies cooking bags will change your mind about making poached eggs! After all, everyone agrees that making a poached egg can sometimes (even often) be complicated. And why is that? Well, quite simply because the white separates from the yolk, and the result isn't very attractive...
This set includes 20 baking bags. The bags are made of transparent paper, and are single-use.
To use them, simply take one, break your egg inside (with the help of a glass), then plunge the sachet into simmering water for 3 or 4 minutes (depending on your taste for yolk consistency). The egg is perfectly poached, with the yolk evenly surrounded by the white.
To cook and remove from the pan, simply use kitchen tongs.
No need to add vinegar or fat to your cooking water! It's easy to make poached eggs that will delight your guests.
