The charlotte mold is ideal for making fruit charlottes, flans, ice creams or savory creations like aspics. With its 18cm height, your sponge cakes or boudoirs will sit perfectly without protruding, for neat pastries.
It's made from top-of-the-range steel that reaches high baking temperatures: the juices caramelize, and the heat distribution and baking are even. As a result, your preparations take on a beautiful golden color.
For easy removal from the mold, the steel is PTFE-coated, guaranteed PFOA-free. It makes the mold non-stick and protects the steel against oxidation for easy maintenance. We recommend that you grease your mold before pouring any preparation into it. The absence of PFOA guarantees safe tasting.
Your charlotte mold features 2 heart-shaped side handles to ensure a strong grip for controlled handling and easy unmolding of your cakes. Heat-resistant up to +220°C, your mold can be placed in a conventional oven or baked in a bain-marie, e.g. for a flan.
Your mold is not microwave or dishwasher-safe, and the use of sharp or metal objects should be avoided to prevent damage. You can clean your mold by hand with a non-abrasive sponge to preserve its condition over time.
