De Buyer Mineral B Element iron pancake pan 30cm

In business since 1830, De Buyer is a French manufacturer of kitchen and pastry utensils for professionals and consumers. De Buyer pans are high-quality pans made in France, with a unique production process.

Made entirely of iron (a 100% natural mineral material), the 30cm round pancake pan has no added chemicals and no coating. It features a protective finish based on organic beeswax for antioxidant protection.

This high-temperature frying pan gives you optimum cooking results, while preserving your preparations. Your pancakes will be seared to perfection thanks to the even distribution of heat, giving you a result that's both melting and crispy, making it perfect for making crepes!

It's important to know that the more you use it, the darker it will become. This perfectly normal development will enable you to cook to a higher quality, and its non-stick properties will increase tenfold. This process is called "culotting", and must be carried out before first use!

A maintenance guide is supplied, and specific instructions must be followed before first use. The frying pan is not dishwasher-safe.

Benefit from optimal cooking while preserving your food and your health.
