The Choc B Bois pancake pan has a forged aluminum body 4mm thick. Forging aluminum gives the frying pan great strength, while protecting its interior and exterior coating. Aluminum is the ideal material for slow cooking, so your pancakes won't burn.

The aluminum is covered with a structured black non-stick coating on the inside and outside of the pan. This reinforced, highly resistant coating prevents your crêpes from sticking to the pan. It's also healthy for you, as it contains no PFOA or PFOS. You can cook your crêpes without adding a lot of fat.

This frying pan is extremely resistant to heat and abrasion, so its performance lasts a long time. This practical frying pan can be used on all burners, including induction. Note that you can flash-fry your pan in your oven for up to 10 minutes at 200°C. Ideal if you want to brown the cheese on a savory crêpe!

A riveted steel handle lets you grip your pan. It is complemented by two Vosges beech wood plates that act as heat insulation. The handle has a French curved shape that makes handling the stove safe and easy. The beech wood of the plates is protected by a beeswax treatment.

Care and maintenance

Make sure you don't overheat or cause thermal shock to your frying pan. To protect the coating, do not use metal objects in the pan. Hand-wash with a non-abrasive sponge.
