Made entirely of iron (a 100% natural mineral), the oval roasting pan is guaranteed to be free of added chemical components and coatings. Its protective finish with organic beeswax provides antioxidant protection.

Note that the more the dish is used, the darker it will become, making it easier to cook. The darker the dish, the less it will stick: its non-stick properties are multiplied naturally. This process is called culotte, and must be carried out before the first use.
