This bread mold is perfectly suited to making sandwich loaves, thanks to its lid, which helps prevent the dough from pushing out, giving it that square shape! The lid also helps to evenly color the bread in the mold. The advantage of this mold is that it can also be used for other recipes that don't require a lid, such as cakes or brioches!
Made from steel with a two-layer non-stick coating, it is easy and efficient to remove from the mold, as the dough does not adhere to the sides of the utensil. This double-layer coating gives the mold great strength and durability, while resisting high temperatures up to 250°C.
This bread mold is guaranteed PFOA-free for healthier cooking.
We recommend washing your mold by hand using washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge to avoid scratching your utensil.
