Gobel non-stick square fluted tart mould with fixed base

This mold is made of steel with a reinforced two-layer non-stick coating to ensure perfect release from the mold. The non-stick properties of the utensil prevent the dough from sticking to the sides. The double-layer coating makes the mold even more resistant and durable.

It is a very strong material, adapting to temperatures of up to 250°C without damage or loss of capacity. It also contains no PFOA.

We recommend washing this pie tin by hand with a little soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge, so as not to remove the coating and preserve all its qualities.
