Gobel non-stick round pot with fixed bottom

Adopt a truly functional mold for your tarts, quiches and pies with the Gobel round tourtière! This tourtière is plain, which means that the edges of your preparations will remain smooth. It can also be used as a simple cake tin!

It's made from steel with a two-layer non-slip coating to ensure perfect release from the mold. This double layer adds strength to the mold, making it less fragile in use and more durable at the same time.

It is perfectly suited to oven use, thanks to its resistance to temperatures of up to 250°C. Healthy cooking guaranteed, as it is PFOA-free!

This tourtière is available in 4 different sizes:

- Ø 12 cm - H. 2.1 cm

- Ø 24 cm - H. 2.3 cm

- Ø 28 cm - H. 2.3 cm

- Ø 32 cm - H. 2,5 cm

For maintenance, we recommend washing the mold with dishwashing liquid, without using an abrasive sponge, and drying it thoroughly.
