Gobel non-stick removable pâté mould with hinges

It's made from steel coated with a reinforced two-layer non-stick coating, making the utensil sturdy and durable. Gobel's non-stick coating is renowned for its quality, ensuring perfect release from the mould without the addition of fat. It is also highly appreciated for its good resistance to abrasion and for its longevity.

This pâté en croûte mould withstands temperatures of up to 250°C: perfect for oven baking! It is PFOA-free to ensure healthy cooking.

It also features a hinged system for easy disassembly. Simply lift the two hinges to detach the sides of the mould in two, and remove the base for easy removal from the mould.

The pâté mould is available in 4 different sizes:

- 30 x 8 x 8 cm

- 35 x 8 x 8 cm

- 40 x 8 x 8 cm

- 50 x 8 x 8 cm

To preserve your utensil, avoid dishwashers, bain-marie cooking, abrasive sponges and cutting directly into the mould.
