This mold is made of steel and is non-stick with a professional-quality two-layer coating. The double-layer system makes the mold less fragile, while providing better non-stick properties for perfect demolding!

Thanks to its 5cm high rim, you can make all kinds of savoury cakes, cheesecakes, sponge cakes...

To guarantee healthy baking and risk-free use, the mold is PFOA-free. Temperature resistance up to 250°C.

We recommend washing your mold by hand with washing-up liquid. Avoid abrasive sponges to prevent scratching. Dry well before storing.
