The high-performance HORL® 3 Cruise manual sharpener

This light sand-colored manual model features two sharpening discs, one on each side:

- diamond disc: made of block diamonds, it is 80% more abrasive than the HORL® 2 Cruise disc. With its 420 grit, results are sharp, fast and precise.

- stainless steel disc: polishes the blade, eliminating residues for a smooth, clean edge.

Note that both discs are fixed to the sharpener and cannot be removed for optimum durability.

The structure of the sharpener is made from recycled plastic from the oceans. HORL® works with its partner, the Swiss association #tide® Ocean, which transforms the plastic it recovers into granules. These granules become a robust, high-end material. With its one-piece design, the manual sharpener is a robust, ecological and durable accessory.

4 easy steps to using the HORL® 3 Cruise sharpener

- Step 1: Place the magnetic holder on a flat surface. Then place the knife against the magnets: for a large blade, the cutting edge should be at the top and the back of the blade level with the work surface. For a small blade, allow the edge to protrude slightly, with the back of the blade not touching the surface.

- Step 2: Hold the sharpener horizontally with thumb and forefinger, applying light pressure as you roll it along the edge of the blade.

- Step 3: Reverse the position of the sharpener and roll the finishing surface along the blade to polish and remove any residue in a few passes.

- Step 4: Repeat on the other side, turning the knife and repeating the previous steps.
