Mcusta luxury knives are made in Seki, the birthplace of Japanese cutlery. The brand's knives are impeccably finished. Mcusta combines traditional techniques with modern technology to create its knives.
This Mcusta Kamon MC84 Fuji knife is a small, efficient knife!
The 5.5cm blade is made of AUS8 steel, enriched with 0.8% carbon. The blade's hardness (59HRC) is due to this high carbon content. This HRC rating ensures long-lasting sharpness, and is effective for everyday use.
This blade was first laser-cut, then hand-sharpened by a master cutler to obtain an irreproachable edge. This little high-performance blade doesn't take up much space, but will serve you every day for simple tasks: opening a letter, cutting a tomato, DIY, carving a piece of wood, and much more!
The 7.5cm handle is original in that it doubles as a pocket clip or bill-holder. Made of stainless steel, a "Fuji" motif has been perforated into the handle. Practical, you can clip the knife to your pocket* to avoid losing it.
The blade unfolds simply by pulling with your thumb and forefinger. The frame-lock system effectively locks the blade in the open position, so there's no risk of it accidentally closing.
The Mcusta MC.84 Japanese folding knife is small in size, but that doesn't detract from its effectiveness - quite the contrary!
