First of all, in what situations should it be used? The fine-grain grater is ideal for grating solid spices, such as nutmeg, cinnamon... It can also be used on hard cheese, citrus fruit, hazelnuts...

The blade is made of top-quality stainless steel in the USA. Its formidable cutting edge is achieved through the photochemical process. This method involves cutting the blade with a special solution, ensuring impeccable results and contours.

Its sharpness is such that food is not damaged during cutting. Food is cut with precision, allowing you to bring out its full flavor.

A non-slip tip has been fitted to the top of the blade, to prevent it from slipping during use, or simply to protect your work surface from impact with the steel: all you have to do is wedge this stable base on a flat surface for firm support and easier cutting.

A protective cover is also supplied, for safe storage in a kitchen drawer. The blade doesn't come into contact with anything.

The Master Series handle is made of Kentucky walnut from the USA. It has been oiled to protect it. Its warm hues give it a lot of cachet, and a rustic touch that contrasts with the brand's usual vitamin-rich colors.

A steel hook has been attached to the tip so that the grater can be hung from a dedicated utensil bar. So it stays within easy reach!

For maintenance, the grater should be washed by hand without soaking in the sink, to preserve its appearance and efficiency (wood is not dishwasher-safe). We recommend wiping with a soft cloth after washing.
