The Chef knife is a multi-purpose knife. Like its counterpart, the Santoku knife, it lets you chop and cut meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. Practical, it enables you to prepare several recipes in a short space of time.
The blade is made of Nitrocut NCV50® stainless steel and measures 20cm. This steel is stronger than standard steels and its sharpness lasts much longer. Thanks to its natural sharp edge, sharpening is infrequent. It is also resistant to corrosion and shock, with normal use of course.
Made from polypropylene, the handle is hygienic and comfortable to hold. Overmolded, it is stronger and encloses the blade in its center. Its ergonomic shape adapts to different hand shapes and sizes (practical when working for long periods).
