this knife cuts superbly, it's great at the moment and I don't know how to sharpen it, but in the meantime, it's just too good! On the other hand, you have to be very careful during handling and washing, as the angle on the handle is very sharp, and I also have the impression that the writing won't stay very long (I think this is the knife's little extra charm).
