Description
The Elastomoule tray for 20 mini cakes is perfect for quickly preparing lots of bite-sized treats!
This tray is made from high-quality silicone foam. It contains powdered metal to help conduction of heat or cold (depending on your needs) throughout the pan, for even baking of your cakes. During baking, the juices caramelize to give your mini-cakes a beautiful exterior color and an incomparable taste. In addition, micro-bubbles of air support this thermal convection: the R'SYSTEM.
The plate can withstand temperatures ranging from -70°C to +300°C, so it can be used in the oven or bain-marie, as well as in the freezer to prepare your cakes in advance and bake them when the time comes. This mold is ideal for both amateur and professional bakers.
The interior of the moulds is naturally non-stick, making them easy to remove from the mould. The corners are sharp to aid removal. We recommend that you oil your mold before using it for the first time to reinforce the non-stick properties. Do not heat your mold when empty, and do not use sharp objects in it, as they may damage it. To optimize baking, we recommend placing your mold on a perforated grid or plate.
The baking tray measures 30 x 17.6 cm and the cavities 5 x 2.7 x 2.7 cm, perfect for quickly making a large quantity of mini cakes. Although the mold is dishwasher-safe, it's best to wash it by hand.
And the icing on the mini cake cake: a recipe card prepared by 7 MOF and/or world pastry champions is included!
