This Alla France confectioner's thermometer will be ideal for checking sugar cooking for all your confectionery or caramels.

The thermometer's body is made of glass, surrounded by a stainless steel sheath to protect it. This alloy is resistant to shock and corrosion, and also prevents bacteria from proliferating on its surface. What's more, you can sterilize the thermometer in the dishwasher to keep it even cleaner between uses.

The red liquid provides excellent visibility of the scale, making it easy to read the temperature displayed. The thermometer displays temperatures from +80°C to +200°C, and each graduation is worth 1°C. What's more, for easy domestic use, a legend with the different sugar cooking zones is shown opposite the graduations.

Last but not least, a hanging loop allows you to hang the thermometer on a wall rack, saving space in your drawers and keeping the utensil close at hand. Its overall length is 33cm.
