A design that’s surprising at first but makes sense once you use it… I’m no pro, but I bake my own bread, and this thermometer is perfect for getting it just right! It comes in this metal tube with a hook: very handy for storing it and keeping it safe from breakage! Another purchase I’m completely satisfied with from Couteaux du Chef, whom I’d like to thank (awesome team).
