Description
This Alla France confectioner's thermometer is recommended for confectioners, pastry chefs or cooks working with sugar.
It allows you to make good jams, caramels at the perfect temperature, beautiful fruit jellies...with precision and efficiency.
It can measure temperature variations from +80°C to +200°C, thanks to the red liquid (mercury-free) visible in the lower part of the glass thermometer.
The polyamide sheath that protects the glass surface features a patented hook, enabling you to stabilize the utensil on the rim of a container, while adjusting its height. The sheath also features a suspension ring, so you can hang the thermometer up after use.
Dishwasher-safe or sterilizable.
