The 40cm blade is made of food-grade stainless steel. Suitable for professional kitchens, it is highly resistant to humidity and therefore to oxidation (which is hygienic). The dimples are practical for preventing salmon or ham from sticking to the blade when cutting.

The aluminum bar is adjustable from 0.5 to 5mm thanks to an eccentric pin which guides your cut to guarantee slices of the same thickness. This bar also plays a safety role, protecting your hands from any risk of cuts.

The bar can be disassembled and cleaned in clear water, while the knife is dishwasher-safe!

The handle is molded in blue polypropylene, an easy-to-clean, antibacterial material. It is resistant to temperature variations and can therefore be sterilized.
