This case is made from blue polyester, a tough, durable material. Polyester has been used in double thickness to reinforce the structure of your case, while retaining its lightness. As a result, this case is both sturdy and comfortable to carry, even over long distances.

The case closes easily thanks to a large zipper. It also features a handle for easy handling, and a removable shoulder strap that lets you carry it over the shoulder to free up your hands. The shoulder strap can be adjusted to your height. What's more, it features a silicone reinforcement to protect your shoulder.

The empty case has an extra large pocket at the back, ideal for quickly storing your apron, notebook, recipe cards and much more.

It features 21 compartments, each measuring 15 cm in length, spread over 4 sides for storage. Each compartment is closed by a small elastic band to hold equipment in place. It's important to note that the width of the compartments varies according to which side of the case they're on. One side is designed for large handles, while two other sides are ideal for medium-sized handles. The last side is ideal for smaller handles, and can be used to store utensils such as a corer or peeler.

The case features an additional Velcro fastening on three of its four sides. These are designed to enhance the stability of longer knives and utensils. Simply slide the Velcro over the blade of your Wusaki chef's knife to hold it in place during transport. The fourth side, located in the center of the case, features a small flap that secures with snap fasteners. This side is very practical for storing small utensils whose length would not allow them to be attached to the Velcro fasteners on the other sides.
